About This Site And It’s Author

My name is Allan Casilao, and I am a Christian.

In Praise of Jesus dotCom used to be a portal of bible study guides, sermons and commentaries, and other Christian resources. The site was supported by a large number of following. But I was forced to shutdown by the owners of a humongous Christian sermon portal which sells advertisements. They claimed that I pirated some of the exclusive guides and sermons from their database. I explained to them that all the guides and sermons posted in this website were contributed by their original authors, and are noted as so. I never realized that spreading God’s Word can be covered by exclusivity! They were ready to sue me (why me?) when I decided to close the site. And they call themselves Christians!

After a couple of years of praying for a new direction for the site, I was blessed with the concept of weblogging. Now, In Praise of Jesus dotCom is here to stay.

Unless otherwise noted, I wrote and edited all the blogs/articles on this website. All articles are available as RSS feeds and are covered by the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial License. Allan Casilao is engaged in IT Consulting and founded One Net Avenue Systems Inc, a Los Angeles-based full-service information technology company. He is also a professional Photographer and he manages The Collage Photography and Video. He earned his Master’s degree in Management Engineering from the University of Canterbury. He is a member of Christians in Photojournalism, Professional Photographers of America, and Alpha Phi Omega International Service Fraternity.
